Having pretty much decided on the vehicle of my choice, I returned to purchase it the following day. In addition, Joe was very chill during the sales pitch, allowing me to steer the decisions to what really appealed to me rather than forcing a sale. Jennifer Duran (Finance Manager) picked up where Louie left off and completed the CUDL loan application on my behalf, allowing me to drive home with the vehicle right then, rather than waiting another 2-3 days for a response from my credit union.
