Bought a used 2020 Blazer from this dealership, supposedly the interior was detailed but my wife said it was dirty and all the tires were low on air when we got it home. They also did not give us a full tank of gas for a $33K car, that I feel is just cheap of them. The oil life was a 60% as well so they did not give the car an oil change in their inspection process. They tried to sell us an extended warrantee for $6K - I told them that is was too high - somehow $2K dollars came off the price within minutes - seems like they were gouging us. When we got home we had a little bit of buyer's remorse and call our sales guy back and ask if we could return the car if we were not happy with it and we promised to purchase another car from them - never got a call back from anyone about this. I am not very happy with them and will not make the trip out to them when I am in the market for a new car. More

Suburban Ford in Waterford finance guy added a premium warrenty and key fab warrenty on our car loan without our permission. After we denied all the sales pitches. They stalled our loan with the bank for 2 months and asked my wife to resign her paperwork. That's where he added the warrenty for a larger commission bonus. They use the paperless contracts that you sign with your finger on there glass desk. This was her first purchase from a dealership in 30 years and a nightmare. We are still waiting for Suburban Ford to remove the $5,865.00 off our loan. There only response was sorry and that we will have to refinance with our credit union. Our entire loan should be rewritten from the fraud.. They refused.. xxx More

Friendly and welcoming staff I felt like family instead of a customer everyone was nice. Joe was awesome there was an issue with a truck that I looked at initially but, Joe quickly came up with a soluti of a customer everyone was nice. False advertising the model of the vehicle , offering 1,000$ for a trade in worth $9,000 on Nada and Carfax. The vehicle I looked at was listed for $9,000 when I test drove it a tire was flat , Christmas 1,000$ for a trade in worth $9,000 on Nada and Carfax. The vehicle I looked at was listed for $9,000 when I test drove it a tire was flat , Christmas tree on the dash , turn signals didn't work , vehicle stalled the second I put it in drive. Brake caliper locked up on rear drivers side. Called prior to make an appointment at 2pm and I sat in the showroom for almost an hour before being helped by anyone. Only good side out of this ordeal was the salesman was very nice and understanding of why I was upset with the situation. More
