I purchased a new 2019 Golf R and have been having it serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very personal and professional. I had since met Johnny Walker at my service last year. This month I was at the dealership for an oil change when I started talking with John and next thing I know I am purchasing a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas, Peak Edition. Johnny was my sales associate and Joe assisted as well. The Atlas checked off all of my boxes that I have been wanting and Coastal staff made it easy to make the move. I am always impressed that Coastal keeps its staff, it must be because they are treated well. I would highly recommend Coastal Volkswagen sales and service. More

Coastal VW was wonderful to work with towards leasing a new car. Their prices were the best I found in my area. The service center was the reason why I knew this was the dealership to purchase a new car from when the time arrived. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and patient. The sales team was able to find me dealership to purchase a new car from when the time arrived. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and patient. The sales team was able to find me a car to purchase, but things are different in a Post-pandemic world. I gave an excellent rating because they did provide me with the exact car I wanted. The interest rate was not factored into my rating. The finance manager did provide me a lower rate when I asked but the rate is still too high. This was not factored into my rating. More

Evan, David and Joe made my experience so easy. All were so genuine and you could tell they were trying to get me the best deal they could within reason. Evan was the best car sales associate I’ve worked with— very communicative, super friendly and eager to help. Some dealerships can feel slimy but my experience with coastal was anything but. We love the German engineering of our first VW so we went back and bought another one. Evan worked tirelessly to find the perfect fit for our needs and budget.
