We had a not so great experience. My fiance and I went in to buy a tacoma and they didn't want to work with us to get us the right price. It was kind of a take the price or leave it type of deal. We didn't n to buy a tacoma and they didn't want to work with us to get us the right price. It was kind of a take the price or leave it type of deal. We didn't need the car but they tried to make it feel like they were doing us a favor by selling it to us. My fiance would try to make a point and he would tell her to settle down or not argue, when she was just trying to state her opinion. We brought the truck home and there was a huge scratch on the side. Calling and setting up a new appointment had to be at the salespersons convenance. My fiance called him to schedule a time and he said he would talk to her later and made excuses of what the scratches could be from and said that he was with other people right now trying to make a deal and we would have to wait. I will always be a toyota customer but not a tufankjian after this experience. More
