Al has been great to work with, very attentive and exceptional customer service and follow up! Bill Lawrence Used Car Manager does a terrific job, he solves problems is very bright and especially customer service minded! Pat Pomerance General Manager is a also incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with! Both our daughter and our son have also leased and a purchased vehicles from Heiser Toyota! I have also referred friends who have enjoyed working with Al, Bill Pat and the entire Heiser Toyota sales and service team!! I would gladly recommend them to everyone I know!!! More

Personal service is the key! I come to Heiser for service because their service reps provided excellent "personal" service. They take pride in knowing their customers and respective vehicles. Have experienced other Toyota shops where you are just a number. Service reps are dispassionate and aloof in terms of customer contact. Heiser is the exception. Cudos to Joe Kuckuk. He is an outstanding example of how a service rep should treat customers. More

Tire rotation I had scheduled a service appointment for 1400. I arrived ten minutes early and went to the service desk. My car was brought in for a tire rotation an I had scheduled a service appointment for 1400. I arrived ten minutes early and went to the service desk. My car was brought in for a tire rotation and inspection. I was told it would take an hour, possibly less. After an hour and 20 minutes I asked what was going on. They said it would be another 15-20 minutes. My car was finally finished at 1545, an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. It was disappointing it would take so long for such a simple service. Everything else was fine, such a long wait for a scheduled appointment was too much. More
