Jake, our sales advisor, is new on the job, but from the beginning, it was clear he would provide excellent customer service. He was proactive, communicative, accessible, and honest. The whole team supported and guided him through the process while considering our needs and wants. They even went above and beyond and bent backwards to make the deal work for us. Everyone we interacted with showed they cared and wanted to work with us. From the receptionists, other sales advisors, management, financing, and even the car detailer were great to work with. I wasn't expecting to be so excited about buying a Cadillac, but seeing that the brand can finally compete with and even beat other luxury brands was a great surprise. They overcharged me extensively and kept me in the sales office for 3 hours. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been made to pay 7 thousands dollars over the worth of the car. Anyone looking for a car should avoid this dealership at all cost!!!! They knew the dealers invoice was to be forwarded to my credit union but left the dealer's invoice price out of my package. As they knew the credit union would have rejected the over pricing. Very shady dealership!! More
