We were at Gateway Subaru for routine maintenance, which was completed very efficiently.While there, I asked Joe Kostecki if he could explain some of the features on my 2023 Subaru Forester, since I was ne was completed very efficiently.While there, I asked Joe Kostecki if he could explain some of the features on my 2023 Subaru Forester, since I was never extended that courtesy at the Subaru dealer in Dover,Delaware ,where I had purchased the vehicle.😟 Knowing that his assistance did NOT involve the possibility of a sale, Joe explained fully all the features of my vehicle, and had me “practice” using each until I felt comfortable. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was leaving with a NEW car after his instructions !!! A concerned salesperson like Joe ,I feel ,are the “exception” in customer service, and I intend to highly recommend him and the client oriented atmosphere at Gateway Subaru for ALL our services and purchases. He is so PATIENT… he explained everything in simple easy to understand language. Going from a 2005 car to a 2021 car had me a bit overwhelmed at first; however, Joe Kostecki was there the entire time explaining and answering all of my questions… and I had alot of questions!
