Terrible sales guy. Bought a new Ford Edge from him in 2010 and when I came back to pick it up it still had adhesive stuck on the aluminum wheels. He told me I could bring it back any time to have the Se 2010 and when I came back to pick it up it still had adhesive stuck on the aluminum wheels. He told me I could bring it back any time to have the Service Dept. remove the adhesive. I took the vehicle back and they told me it would take 3 hours and did not offer a loaner vehicle. I ended up not waiting for them and took the car to a tire dealership and paid them to remove the adhesive. More

The service department is top notch. No job is too big, complicated, or out of their scope and capabilities. Their experienced technicians are always looking out for what's best for their customers. Never recommending unnecessary service, and always giving you a heads up on what service is upcoming so you can plan accordingly. I would highly recommend if you want a headache free service experience that can always be relied on and trusted time and time again. More

I had trouble with another dealer so I call Boucher on the other side of the city. Laura in Finance was able to do a deal in 30 minutes. Signed the papers the next morning. Joe was fantastic!
