My sales associate Brandon was so personable and knowledgable that he made the car buying process a dream. I was introduced to all the managers Joe Arioso, Josh Zacher, and Joe Horsefield and I felt as if I had known them for years because they made me feel so welcomed. Being a female purchasing a truck alone always made me nervous but after yesterday I will never go anywhere else except Lester Glenn. I cannot thank this amazing group enough!!! I was totally impressed by the info I received from LESTER GLENN CHEVROLET, so I went to visit them .When I got their I was greeted by Devin Jensen, who was a professional gentleman, he accommodated me to my satisfaction and I was very pleased with his service. NOW, I have to tell you, I live with in 2 miles in either direction of 2 other Chevy dealerships and I choose to drive 35 miles to LESTER GLENN CHEVROLET, IN Toms River, N.J.to do my business. He provided me with all the pertinant information I needed to make a decision. When we were getting close to a price I was happy with, Brandon worked closely with the sales mgr Joe Horsfield. Mr. Horsfield was also a pleasure to deal with. He along with Brandon made it possible for me to ascertain the vehicle I wanted at a price I was content with. I came to the dealership because I saw a car in the lot that i was interested in. I decided to call from my cell phone and was directed to Devin. He was polite and too the point and provided me with the that i was interested in. I decided to call from my cell phone and was directed to Devin. He was polite and too the point and provided me with the information I needed about the vehicle to help me determine if it was worth stopping in. Devin was very interested in getting me in the door (as any salesperson should), but he did not make me feel rushed or pressured. In fact, I saw another car across the street at another dealership that I was interested in. Devin actually told me to get the car I wanted, but that he would get me a great deal on the car in his lot, to stop me from going to the other dealership. I thought my credit score was stronger than it was, and even though it was a bit embarrassing, Devin and Bobby used it as a reason to push harder to get me an even better deal on the car to make up for the higher interest rate. I know it is weird to have positive things to say about a car dealership most of the time, but these guys were the real deal. I feel I got the best deal i could on a great car. When the paperwork went through, the sales manager Joe came out to shake my hand, thank me for my business, asked me if i was happy with my deal and even gave me a gift! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thank you!! More
