Poor Follow-Through First, the survey wouldn't let me pick the correct vehicle. I bought a Subaru Legacy. I tried to change it, and it would not let me. Our Salesman, First, the survey wouldn't let me pick the correct vehicle. I bought a Subaru Legacy. I tried to change it, and it would not let me. Our Salesman, Matthew, made several promises to fix the body of the vehicle that we purchased, and it took us over a month to complete these tasks. We had to bring our car back four times before they were all completed. Joe, the Manager, was good, but it should have been taken care of after the first visit, not the fourth. There were so many things that went wrong, that I could not possibly sum it all up in a paragraph. In the end, Joe did take care of us, but we had many hurdles along the way. I would be happy to talk to someone about this if someone wants to call me. This car was sold to us in poor condition. It was dirty, and it was not properly Subaru certified. We were happy Joe fixed the issues in the end, but it took too much trouble to get there. Matthew was nice and kind, but he seemed inexperienced in many ways. More

Thanks for dealing This was the third Subaru dealership we had gone to. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and I was getting frustrated because none of the salesmen took This was the third Subaru dealership we had gone to. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle and I was getting frustrated because none of the salesmen took me seriously when I said I was looking for the best deal. I felt that I was finally taken seriously at Wilde Subaru. Matt Marmen did find me a vehicle that was close to what I wanted (except for the color) and was willing to negotiate a better price than the other two dealers. I felt more respected because of this and I felt more at ease dealing with Matt. But, I was disappointed when we went to pick-up the car that the interior could have been cleaner. More

Great car buying experience We got our new Subaru Forester last Thursday and love it. We bought it using Wilde's internet pricing, didn't have a trade-in and it was very pain free buying experience. Wilde gave us an excellent price right at the start and there was no need to haggle. I took a bus from Madison and Jackie Cobey picked me up at a nearby bus stop, brought me to the dealership and we finalized the transaction. Jackie took great care of me and she as well as Joseph Hofstetter and the other Wilde staff made this a great buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Jackie Cobey. More

Great experience I just bought my first new car at Wilde Subaru. I was worried about having to deal with a stereotypical "car salesman", but the salesman Teddy did a g I just bought my first new car at Wilde Subaru. I was worried about having to deal with a stereotypical "car salesman", but the salesman Teddy did a great job. He was straight forward, laid back, and helped me and my husband find a great deal on the car we wanted. He also took the time to walk us through leasing versus buying a car so that we could make the right decision for us. They offered a very reasonable price for my old car and it was hassle-free trading it in. Joey also did a great job walking us through the paperwork and different warranty options. Now I am driving my new Subaru Forester and couldn't be happier - I will definitely be going back to Wilde for my next purchase! More
