After 18-days that our Outback was in your shop, the car was delivered to our home with unsatisfactory conditions. Repairs appear satisfactory, however following paying $13,669.91, we expected a clean car was delivered to our home with unsatisfactory conditions. Repairs appear satisfactory, however following paying $13,669.91, we expected a clean car with some gas in the tank. In addition to dirty exterior and exterior conditions (car had been washed before bringing it in, there was zero gas in tank. Emergency warning warned about the no-fuel. We expected better from Peninsula Subaru. Even 1-gallon would have been appreciated. But fumes only? Disappointing and upsetting. Is this the best you can do? I don't think we will come back. More

Seriously guys, do not shop anywhere else for your new or used car. To begin, the staff at Peninsula Subaru are welcoming, kind, non-judgmental, and provide service with a genuine and whole hearted approa used car. Everyone I encountered to include the salesman, lot attendant, finance specialist and manager, receptionist, and detailer were ALL happy to answer any questions and did so in a positive manner. The purchase of my 2020 Outback XT Onyx Edition was smooth, accommodating, and exciting. Every detail of the purchasing process was explained to me in an honest and forthcoming fashion which made me feel at ease. My sales team worked with my schedule and catered to my busy lifestyle. Every member of my sales team made my experience exciting congratulating me and giving me 100% support and confidence in my purchase. Before I drove my car off the lot: I was given a walk through and explanation on how all of the different features worked. I felt comfortable and confident when I left. I am looking forward to my complimentary follow up appointment to answer any additional questions I might have after driving it awhile by a specialist. I truly feel like I have joined some sort of super awesome club making this purchase. This is a true family owned dealership that makes you fee right at home during and long after your purchase. Peninsula Subaru I had a stress-free and no pressure buying experience at Peninsula Subaru. DJ Dougherty was very easy to work with and he did not push me to purchase I had a stress-free and no pressure buying experience at Peninsula Subaru. DJ Dougherty was very easy to work with and he did not push me to purchase extras, although he did make suggestions based on his own experience. This was my first new car in 18 years and it went smoothly and has resulted in a car that I plan on driving for many years to come. In addition, Peninsula Subaru offers free lifetime oil changes, too. I also appreciate the fact that they are closed on Sundays for family day. The test drives were easy to accomplish during the COVID-19 pandemic with a prior appointment and the dealership was very careful to follow safety protocols. More

Best Car buying experience ever!!! My husband and I already knew we wanted too purchase a Subaru, either a FORESTER or OUTBACK. And Joe, made that all possible for us. Soon as we came i My husband and I already knew we wanted too purchase a Subaru, either a FORESTER or OUTBACK. And Joe, made that all possible for us. Soon as we came inn, we took the Forester for a test drive with Amy. And in less than an hour, we were heading home with our BRAND NEW SUBARU FORESTER 2.5i. We've had very bad customer service with buying a vehicle in the past. Waiting waiting and more waiting is the one thing I wanted too avoid. And with Joe helping us with all the paperwork before we headed over, that was avoided. WE LOVE OUR NEW SUBARU and we named her SAMMY. Awesome customer service, and also the FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE :)Thank you Peninsula Subaru!!! More

2016 Impreza just bought 2016 Impreza for my daughter as a replacement of her Legacy. we were impressed for the professionalism of Nick Dionas. He is very easy to just bought 2016 Impreza for my daughter as a replacement of her Legacy. we were impressed for the professionalism of Nick Dionas. He is very easy to deal without any pressure. After 2+ hours of discussing about the car, we closed the sales. Mr Sal , Mr Ruthledge help also for the sales process. During the delivery of the car, Nick rest assured us that we will be satisfied with the car. I highly recommend Nick for the job well done. Additionally, the coffee/cocoa is great service to the customer. More
