I wanted the car, a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus SUV ("car"), if it was right. The salesperson, Jack Slater, helped me see that the car was in the condition I wanted, from over 1000 miles away, as I live in New York planned to ship it to there. Jack was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend him, and the dealership as a whole if he is representative of the other employees of this company. For an out-of-state or local purchase, you will be treated well and with competence, and that just makes everything less stressful. Seems crazy to buy a used car half way across the country, but it was a good car at an excellent price, and certified as well. A great, attentive salesperson made it easy and reassuring.
