I wanted the car, a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus SUV ("car"), if it was right. The salesperson, Jack Slater, helped me see that the car was in the condition I wanted, from over 1000 miles away, as I live in New York planned to ship it to there. Jack was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend him, and the dealership as a whole if he is representative of the other employees of this company. For an out-of-state or local purchase, you will be treated well and with competence, and that just makes everything less stressful. Seems crazy to buy a used car half way across the country, but it was a good car at an excellent price, and certified as well. A great, attentive salesperson made it easy and reassuring. I told him that I was interested in buying the truck. Though I didn't see the truck in person only in the internet, after several minutes of chatting with Victor Ballesteros, he made me so comfortable that I made my decision to purchase the truck, without even seeing it or test driving it. I have purchase many vehicles but never bought one without seeing and test driving the vehicle. I live 50 miles from the dealership and my schedule to drive the 50 miles was a tight one. Victor made it easy for me by having all the paperwork ready for me to pick the truck up. Victor was very very professional and enjoy doing his job.
