They were extremely dishonest. I came for the Chevy Bolt, which was extremely hard to find because of the rebates, and that's the only reason I went through with the purchase. The salesman told me they were selling it for MSRP, but when I got there it had several additional charges. They even attach a scammy tracker to every vehicle and bill you $1,500 for it (you can't negotiate for them to not include it). I really don't mind the added fees, that car is getting marked up everywhere. Just be honest about it. The finance guy was the worst. He gave me a terrible interest rate (I have great credit) and he negotiated stupid add-ons by offering to lower the rate. He kept repeating the same misleading talking points and never listened to what I was telling him. I also tried to lower the interest rate by having a shorter-term loan, but he wouldn't give me any other terms than 71 months. I would never go here again. More

This dealership lied about the car they had there and the price. I drove a long ways to get there. It refused to remove that charge said it goes with all their cars it was a charge of insurance that if I lost the car or stolen and it was never recovered I would receive $25000 for the vehicle Only if it is never found or recovered will I get that my. I did not want that insurance added on to the price of the car but they said it goes with all the cars it's a Phantom charge it's a dealer marked up this wasn't told to me over the phone before I drove quite a distance to get there I will never shop at this dealer again mark Christopher salesman are flat out liars I'll do anything to lie and make the sale be aware when you're go on finance when you start signing papers the price you read are with the salesman has a lot of hidden feeds you did not see Horrible and the manager went in there and he was just as bad manager's salesman they're all schisters. I'm a disabled veteran I'm reporting this to all my Fellow veterans back at the VA some of them already came across this dealer.
