I am a loyal customer of Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls and have been working with BIl Mullarkey. I had leased a 2019 QX60 from them in 2019. The lease was up during covid. Bill and Joe were very honest about their limited inventory due to the pandemic. They helped me make a great descion to buy the car and recommended I purchase the extended warranty. The extended warranty was well worth the investment when I needed new brakes and other service items. The service departmnet is exclelent with advising on maintenace needed. Upon their recommendations of maintenance, I was able to get a better value on my trade in due to the excellent service history and condition of the car. It was time to trade in my 2019 QX60. I made an appointment with Bill Mullarkey. He was extremly helpful and patient with all my questions. On our test drive he was very informative on explaining the differences between my 2019 QX60 and the 2024 QX60. Joe and BIll took the time to show me different options of their inventory and pricing that fit my needs. I was very appreciate of the advice they gave on the current mileage and the extended warranty that I had purchased from Infiniti of Clarendon HIlls. Jacob in finance explained all the details and made sure I was comforatble and understood the terms. In addition, I am extremly impressed with my 2024 Q60 and how smooth it handles on the highway! I am an Infiniti car owner from Chicago and drove down to the dealership to visually inspect an SUV that I found on their website. The mindset during the drive to Clarendon Hills Infiniti was to check out the SUV I was interested in and if that didn’t work, I was driving to one more Infiniti dealer and then move to the next brand. Let me say that I bought the QX60 SUV at the Infiniti of Clarendon Hills dealership. Joe F (the manager) had assigned Bauti Yardbrough (sales associate) to work with me on exploring SUV options. Bauti is a Five star plus individual! There was no push or hard sell from Bauti. If anything, I was put at ease with his calm demeanor when asked a question. Bauti and Jacob (financial manager) provided the exceptional experience of buying a car. They gave their time to explain what one gets when buying a used car, what options I had as a buyer. This experience is what made me compare my first Infiniti new car purchase at a different dealer. This time I walked away with more than a car but a friendship for future purchases. I would encourage anyone looking for a car to come here and ask for Bauti. You would be in good hands. More
