My experience at the Clarendon Hills dealership was exceptional! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. There was no haggling on cost or payment, and i found the entire team to be flexible and com exceptional! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I walked in the dealership on New Years Day (2013) to speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked i speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a JX35 and I was very specific about the color, features, and options for the vehicle. I also informed him that I was already pre-approved for a great rate (0.47%), and that I was putting down $15-$18k cash at the time of the sale with no trade in. He informed me that there was one vehicle available in the Chicago land area and after speaking with the sales manager, he came back and stated that he could do a trade and get the vehicle for the price that I requested and that since this particular dealership was the largest in the area, he would be able get the vehicle by the next day. He provided his business card and personal email and asked me to follow up with him the next day. I sent an email to both email addresses the next day around 10am on 1/2/13 with the specifics of the vehicle and informed him that it was my last day off from work and that I would be visiting several dealerships that day and to please get back to me as soon as he could about the vehicle. He responded within an hour stating that he would come in earlier and asked me to allow him to be the "best advocate for me so that I do not have to run around all day...let me do the work for you". I contacted a few places and patiently waited 3 hours to hear back from him....no reply. I sent another message around 2pm, stating that I was still sitting at home waiting to hear from him and that I would be leaving out to look at a few cars. I asked that he contact me back before 6pm that evening. He responded about thirty minutes later and stated "I told Steve to get the car. I will call him right now". I waited another three to four hours to hear from him and sent another message asking why he never bothered to follow up with me. He replied back around 6pm stating "Oh I'm sorry, all of the dealers that we contacted didn't respond to us about the car” He then asked if I was committed to Infiniti for my car purchase. I replied and stated that my commitment was in purchasing a new car from this dealership or another one. I also stated that if he knew that, why he didn’t bother to contact me and let me know that he wasn't able to get the car. Also if he was aware of this information, why did he ask "Steve" to get the car if there was no car available??? Why not simply call me or shoot an email letting me know what was going on behind the scenes instead of making me wait and follow up with him through out the day. I feel insulted and I really don't think that he took me seriously about purchasing a car; therefore he didn't follow up with me. I don't know if I would do business with this dealership. My husband and I visited Infiniti of Clarendon Hills a few weeks ago to look for a new SUV to lease. We initially spoke with Steven on the phone but he was tied up with another customer that day so we we few weeks ago to look for a new SUV to lease. We initially spoke with Steven on the phone but he was tied up with another customer that day so we were introducted to Erik Eckert. Erik was very professional, eager without being over-bearing and was very courteous in listening to our concerns and answering our questions. When he was not sure, he was honest to admit it but also made sure to find out the answer for us. We test drove the Infiniti JX35 and the Infiniti FX. We liked both cars, but we decided to go with the JX35. We had already test drove different SUVs and went to several other dealers prior to coming to Infiniti. After driving the JX and getting the feel of all its luxury, convenience and technology features, it felt right and we knew this was the car we wanted. Now comes the tougher part - the numbers! Erik worked patiently with us to get us a good deal despite not having that much money to put down and finding the combination of color/packages that we wanted. He helped proposed different options together with his Manager, Joe Fruzyna. It took me and my husband a while to think through all the options and to get to that comfort zone but Joe and Erik gave us the time to think it through and patiently answered all our questions. We were very hesistant at first, since this was our first luxury vehicle so it was a huge financial commitment but with Erik and Joe's help, we're glad we made the decision to go with Infiniti. After we made our purchase, Erik called the following week to check and make sure that we're all set and we're enjoying our brand new JX35 - and we sure are! More

Bob was a great sales guy - very knowledgeable, friendly, took great care of answering my questions and spent lots of time with me. Bob and Joe worked out the right price for us though the market was hot and they didn't have to. They wanted to make sure we are taken care off and earn our business. Peter is friendly and takes care to get to know all of his customers. Jacob took great care of our finances and was very friendly. I enjoy visiting this dealership for maintenance and car washes and to say hi to everyone. More

I started by contacting the dealer through edmunds.com. The general manager Joe Fruzyna, replied to my request for information within one hour. Joe was forthcoming with every bit of information I asked for. When I visited the dealership I was greeted by friendly faces. Joe Calabrese, took me for a test drive. Let me say this: IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A LUXURY CAR, INFINITI can't be beat in terms of quality, performance and price. So Joe Calabrese is very nice, no pressure, lets the car do the talking. We go inside and work out some numbers with Joe Fruzyna, and I tell them I'd like to discuss with my wife. NO PRESSURE! They let me walk. I call Joe two days later and work out a deal over the phone. That night I go in, sign, pay and am on my way in one hour. No bait and switch here. No high pressure sales. If this is what buying an Infiniti is all about, I'll never buy another brand of car!
