I'm always able to schedule an impromptu service appointment early in the morning; the team takes care of all my car needs, mostly PM, tells me about discounts I'm eligible for and rebates. The work is done promptly, throughly and with a pleasant smile and attitude. While I'm waiting I'm offered free coffee, and seating in a clean and comfortable area. The appearance of my dealership is most attractive and modern design. Finally at time to pay for services rendered, the cashier ladies are very kind and also my car is washed.
