Sarah followed up the day after to let me know that there was an additional rebate that we were able to get back, no catch. Two months later I get an email from the salesman stating the dealership policy chan The salesman said the first oil change would be covered for free. Two months later I get an email from the salesman stating the dealership policy changed and it wouldn't be covered. He said the policy changed on June 15, I purchased my car well after that. I enjoyed my experience at Suburban and the experience was very pleasant. However I can not stand behind a dealer that will lie to or misinform you. After my lease is up I will seek a different Ford dealership for my needs. More
