I first went to Click Lewis in 2006 for the purchase of a new vehicle. I was very pleased with how personable everyone was. Management worked with me thru an issue I was having with the manufacturer and ensu new vehicle. I was very pleased with how personable everyone was. Management worked with me thru an issue I was having with the manufacturer and ensured total resolution. Since then, I have continued to do business with them and have been extremely happy with the dealership as a whole. My son and daughter have both purchased several vehicle thru them. Both of my parents have also purchased new vehicles thru them even though they live 4 hours away. Many of my friend have also started doing business with "my" dealership since I am always talking about how well they have treated my family and I. I have never had someone stop in to look at a vehicle that has not actually purchased it. I have never felt more at home at a place of business than I feel here, I often stop in to just have a cup of coffee and chat with everyone. The sales associates are always on top of thier game, keeping track of the latest in automotive trends and dealer/banking options to ensure I am getting the best possible deal. The sales manager is an extremely knowledgeable person that always takes the time to greet people and shake thier hand. The general manager has an office just off the show room floor with glass walls. Much like the sales manager, he will always take the time to come out and talk with customers. I have personally met two of the three owners and understand why they have such a great team working there. Thier team is a direct reflection of them. The service department is as well, a top notch experience. The service managers are all very knowledgeable and friendly, always taking a few extra minutes out of thier busy day to chat and ask how the family is doing, most often calling them by first name. I have met several of the service technicians as I like to know who is working on my vehicle, They are as well the best in the business. They are more than willing to spend whatever time required to explain service and mantenence proceedures to you. I most usually get a phone call a few days after service asking if things were done to my satisfaction. Klick lewis is an awesome dealership, if you have never been there and are in the market for a vehicle, stop in and see what they are all about. More

Very accommodating. Was given a nice portfolio of information for the future. Also gave me pre-information on what the car will need for the next inspection.
