Wonderful experience to get my first luxury car I was excited to get my first BMW there with Joe. He gave me some good discounts and provided me the nice trade-in price for my old car. Since I‘m not US citizen and my work visa is shorter than the lease term,he and his manager Sigis helped out the neogotiation with loan department of BMW to make it enventually happen. Even though they comprimised to offer me two years lease which is shorter than usual 3 years,I‘m happy about that. The closing process with Hassan was very smooth and pleasant. Jon is also a professional technician helping the test drive and the final interior show. He‘s a so nice and gentle guy explaining everything in detail and answered a freshman‘s question patiently. They all took good care of me during the waiting process and never made me feel neglected. Luxury car,luxury service. More

I live in Northern Virginia and it was well worth the hour-long drive. My sales rep Benn Edwards helped me get the car featured the way that I wanted it, along with several nice discounts/incentives. Rather than simply try to sell me a car off their lot, he encouraged me to order the car that would truly make me happy...and I am very happy! Although Benn was not in the day I picked up my new car, I was taken very good care of by his associate Joe and sales manager Anthony. The closing/pick-up process was smooth and easy. I also enjoyed working with their Business Manager (finance guy) Samuel, as well. These are all BMW guys through and through, and they all make a great team! I can be a hard (strong-willed) customer at times, but the staff at BMW of Catonsville is clearly dedicated to their customers and provide a superior level of service that puts their customers at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW. Even if you live outside the area, they are worth going to for their 5 Star service!!! More
