Have had some warranty work done recently on a new 2024 Tiguan on a few areas of exterior that was transport to dealership damage. A few scratches and some window trim replacement. Joe is very customer oriented and his service advisor team along with the on site detail shop follows his lead on this approach. Not my first newly purchased VW but first from Ide. Took my Passat in for an oil change and NYS inspection. Was told my car failed inspection due to worn front bushings. They wanted $1,500 to replace the bushings. I took the car to a reputable repair sho Was told my car failed inspection due to worn front bushings. They wanted $1,500 to replace the bushings. I took the car to a reputable repair shop and they told me there was nothing wrong with the bushings and the car passed inspection with no problems. Up to that point the car had only been serviced by IDE. Not only did you not earn my business, IDE will not be getting my business in the future. More
