Had an emergency visit to Silver Spring Volvo. Damaged a tire in Arlington Virginia and asked Volvo on Call to tow me to my favorite dealership in Silver Spring. It was 4 p. m. when I arrived wit Damaged a tire in Arlington Virginia and asked Volvo on Call to tow me to my favorite dealership in Silver Spring. It was 4 p. m. when I arrived with the tow company. Tanner realizing I needed several things immediately called down to the senior mechanic and got them to work on the tire, a 10K service and also uploaded new software. If it wasn’t for his proactive and professional nature I would’ve had to make a second trip there to finish this job. I was leaving the dealership in two hours with a new tire, my required service and software upgrade completed. I can’t say enough good things about Volvo of Silver Spring and Tanner‘s excellent work ethic. I also want to give thanks to their senior mechanic, Bob. He went the extra mile to get my job and work done expeditiously. More
