Our CR-V had an unusual problem and we think it was handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor handled well. The Piazza staff was cooperative and informative. The cost of repair was more than we liked of course. But it made sense. Lots of labor to replace the airbag harness and other items. Our insurance covered most of the cost. We do harbor apprehension that rodent damage could occur again and are taking some preventive measures with rodent poison and scents they dislike. An interesting experience but it was well handled. Service, Quality of work & Customer service is excellant. My only complaint is that I was charged an extra 3% over what the bill was quoted. I did not notice the extra charge until I was home and take it My only complaint is that I was charged an extra 3% over what the bill was quoted. After spending close to $500 dollars I felt that it was very petty and should have been posted somewhere in the shop or mentioned to me by the service dept.that there is an extra charge for using a credit card.
