I called my good friend Valdez Torney regarding needing a vehicle and what i was looking for. I was looking for a bigger suv due to the fact that i have 2 very long and tall 14 yr olds who play basketball a vehicle and what i was looking for. Valdez did not have what I was looking, so he said that he was going to have Flo give me a call, and per Valdez, Flo will treat me just like he would me. Flo called me on sat. 7/14/12, and told me that Valdez called her and that he explained to Flo what my situation was and what i was looking for. I explained to Flo that my boys plays AAU basketball and we are always on the go with them travelling all over for the them to play. Flo said that she would check to see what she had and she would call me back. She called me back within 1/2 hr and stated that she would be able to get me into a brand new armada and asked me when would i be able to come down and look at the vehicle. Needless to say, i was very surprised and excited at the same time. My husband and I went to go see Flo and the vehicle. We were very surprised at how roomy the vehicle was and that was exactly what we were looking for. Flo was very friendly and professional about everything. She made the transaction from start to end very smooth and hassle free. Flo even went out of her way to show us what our payments would be if we financed or leased the vehicle. Overall, Flo was very professional and personable, and so happy that she was able to help us get the vehicle that we were looking for. More
