I love the car. I don’t believe you should send an email saying the car is one price, and then show a different price at the dealership. This is false advertising. Totally scammed: I came to check out a 2018 Crosstrek that they had listed for $20,991. I saw the car and came back a few days later to buy it. On the day of the sale, they said the price was now like $2 that they had listed for $20,991. I saw the car and came back a few days later to buy it. On the day of the sale, they said the price was now like $22,900. I was able to talk them down to split the difference between the old and the new, but afterwards I come to find out that that kind of price increase is illegal. On top of that, I was told multiple times before and after the purchase that the vehicle was a Subaru Certified Pre-Owned. I also came to find out after the sale that no car older than 5 years can qualify so they lied about it being a CPO. So they broke the law twice during that sale and have been impossible to deal with since then, taking weeks to send me the contracts and any documentation I ask for. These people are Grifters! Dont buy from them. I think Joe was one the one that bumped the price, Morgan and Joe both perpetuated the CPO lie, and Brenden tried to cover for them when they got caught doing illegal stuff. More

Dan Cassin was great, as usual (I’ve been a customer for 9 years and counting, always helped by him)! Service center took longer than I thought was necessary, as usual.
