I returned to Northside Lexus with some anxiety due to changes in my personal situation--Joe was unbelievably understanding and kind (in addition the other employees went out of their way to extend kind w changes in my personal situation--Joe was unbelievably understanding and kind (in addition the other employees went out of their way to extend kind words regarding my loss). Joe and management offered me what I considered a very fair deal and followed up with an excellent tutorial on all the overwhelming bells and whistles on my new Lexus. --although I will be returning for a review. Everyone was patient and professional but most important they truly cared --it's that personal touch that makes this dealership special. I guess the best compliment was my daughter saying when buying another car, she would definitely shop here first.
