Horrible dealership, never again! We recently bought a Horrible dealership, never again! We recently bought a used Dodge Durango here and it feels like we were scammed. The sales agents kept many things Horrible dealership, never again! We recently bought a used Dodge Durango here and it feels like we were scammed. The sales agents kept many things from us and we had to take the car to a repair shop the day after we bought it, because it was unsafe to drive. Here is what went wrong: 1. The car had several dangerous defects that were concealed from us. Among other things, there was a gasoline leak in the tank. That means, in addition to the high risk of fire, my family had to breathe the toxic gasoline fumes until we had the damage repaired at our own expense. Two independent auto repair shops confirmed that this defect must have been noticed during any safety inspection. 2. The sales agents advertised features and equipment that the car did not have. 3. They lied about the history of the car, which we later found out through the Carfax report. 4. We have tried several times to contact the sales agents and even the management to find a solution but have been ignored so far. The only thing left for us to do is to go to a lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and find another dealer. More
