They spent more time to explain us our new car Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition features, helping set up My Mazda app than all that paperwork. Usually, at other dealerships they spend more time trying to get more money from . Not here. Charles Fizzuoglio did great help as well as Sales manager Philip Puleo and Ken Davis. We got good discount at their store. Definitely will come and highly recommend. More

This was because of the excellent services we received from Joe Bonavita. Almost immediately, after we told him our preferences for cost, options, size, etc. he named a few viable models and prices. The car that my husband and I agreed to was priced at a reasonable amount. Joe did NOT do one of those under handed moves where the price increases the more you talk with the seller. No, he stuck to the same price and delivered a car with all of our specs. When we picked up the CX-5, he gave us a tutorial lasting an hour. This was real customer service!
