New Brakes I brought my car in to have new brakes installed. I was due for new brakes so I purchased aftermarket upgraded drilled and slotted brakes to cure the I brought my car in to have new brakes installed. I was due for new brakes so I purchased aftermarket upgraded drilled and slotted brakes to cure the morning squeel. These are advertised to reduce this issue. Like a lot of cars these days my 2012 Taurus would get a slight coating of rust on the rotors over night and I'd hear this squeel backing out of the driveway every morning. The new brakes have been installed. The squeel is gone. Columbia Ford did it for slightly less than was quoted over the phone even with the oil change added to the service. As usual everyone was very nice and the service was excellent. There are a few Ford dealerships closer to me than Columbia but it's definitely worth the trip. More
