Gates family does it again I brought my dying '01 F150 in for shocks only to find out it was not possible due to rust and rot. On the odd chance I bumped into Odessa and with he I brought my dying '01 F150 in for shocks only to find out it was not possible due to rust and rot. On the odd chance I bumped into Odessa and with her immeasurable assistance and that of Jimmy and Henry the staff made spending big bucks a lot more painless. Joe, in service, always shows a huge amount of patience and curtesy. PS, I love the Thunderbird Café! More

Noisy front right wheel. A few months after I bought the vehicle I brought it in for noise in the front right wheel, was told nothing is wrong, a while later I brought it back A few months after I bought the vehicle I brought it in for noise in the front right wheel, was told nothing is wrong, a while later I brought it back when noise worsened and passenger could feel resistance. I have had other vehicles with same exact issue, which was the hub assembly, which I also mentioned to them. They had the vehicle for 4 days. At the end of the second day they finally offered me a loaner, which I needed to find a ride to work for the other days. I asked the person who sold me the warranty if the work would be covered. He stated he has no idea. When I called on the 3rd day they told me that they were changing the front left Hub assembly, and would require it an additional day. When I drove it home I found 3 screws on the front passenger step rail. Leading me to believe they changed the front right hub assembly instead of the left like I was told. Ive had issues with the service dept in the past, was told "that's just their personality". More
