I defected from another dealer and tried Grand’s Service department, and it was a much more pleasant experience. Joe called me several times to keep me updated and it was even done early! We were glad to find a good used car there, test drive it, and purchase it. Afiza let us test drive the car on our own without the restrictions of an "around the block and that's all" test drive. We were able to negotiate a price with satisfaction to all involved. About 18 years prior, we had bought my 2005 Forester (used) there. We had a good experience then also. I had been going to this dealer for servicing my car all along. I was always able to get a loaner car if the repairs took longer than I could wait. Joe B. and the team were always helpful in explaining the needed repairs. Financing was done relatively smoothly although the interest rate was higher than I wanted to get, even with an 825+ credit score. I should have pre-arranged an auto loan through my credit union first, but the purchase decision came about far too quickly for that to happen. More
