Official dealer may sell you a lemon car (used car but tell you this is a new one) Stay away from Mitsubishi cars. Back in 2016, I purchased a new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. In August of 2022, I called tell you this is a new one) Stay away from Mitsubishi cars. Back in 2016, I purchased a new 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander. In August of 2022, I called the Mitsubishi customer service office to see if the warranty could cover the repairs needed for the car. The operator told me that the car was registered as a used car. Originally bought my car from this company in 2021, after having it for two years I refinanced and my bank recommended getting a refund on my service warranty I bought through them, as I never used it once. having it for two years I refinanced and my bank recommended getting a refund on my service warranty I bought through them, as I never used it once. After being told by the finance manager that banks don’t usually recommend that, I fought for six months, struggled even getting a response half the time, ended up getting my email blocked by the sales manager, and then finally received my refund the day my car ends up totaled. Which, yes is sad, but gods way of telling me Mitsubishi wasn’t for me. Yet, I decided to give them another shot and went to see what they had available. When I got to the lot we had a sales person running out the door to get our attention in hopes to make a sale, and ended up finding a supposed one owner used outlander, as the sticker on the car stated and the website post of the car. When handed the car fax (which you can also access from the web post) it clearly states two pervious owners. I didn’t think anything of it, ended up putting a cash hold on the car, while guaranteed a call the next day around 12 after I got out of work. Words of the employee “if you decide to not go with this car you will get your money back, we don’t keep it we aren’t like that” after he bragged about this being a family owned business and how he was a part of the family. Hours pass the next day, so around 3:30 I decided to venture out and check out some other dealerships around, where I found a way nicer car for a way nicer deal. Upon being immediately approved for a loan before even walking out the door of the dealership, I had my spouse give Mitsubishi a call and let them know I was backing out and wanted my hold refunded where they basically fought him about me getting it back immediately as they wanted to mail it. This was never mentioned when putting down the cash hold. Later on, my mother, who was a co signer on my loan, received an email talking about how my check would be available the following day at noon, they couldn’t get a loan approved for me (which is bs because all the bank needed was a paper stating my current loan was being paid off by a settlement from being totaled) and they hoped to do business with me in the future. I was copied on the email but never received it which is how I know I was blocked by the sales manager from our previous interaction where I wanted my refund on the service warranty. I would not return to this dealership if it was the last place on earth to buy a car. You shouldn’t have to chase your sales person they should be chasing you to make your purchase. But not one call, email, text, nothing regarding the car I put money down on. Horrible customer service and sales service. More

Joe was great of all the different people I’m at at other dealerships he was the most knowledgeable and kind. He also followed through if he said he was going to call. Zach and Joe were extremely helpful to me when buying a car. I didn’t feel like a number or just a sale, and I appreciated the laid back atmosphere of the dealership. Even the finance guy who handles the m car. I didn’t feel like a number or just a sale, and I appreciated the laid back atmosphere of the dealership. Even the finance guy who handles the money part was very social and made it an enjoyable experience (when you’re there for hours, these little detail matter). Very friendly dealership to work with. Had exactly the car I was looking for at a price that beat other dealerships. Had everything ready to when I came to pick it up.
