I’m conflicted on how to rate. The sales and finance team are great to work with but the service department is lacking. I paid for LoJack on my car 5 years ago and it only worked for 1 year and that’s been a run around since. Now the hood has rust bubble under the matte black wrap that came on the car factory. The hood is under warranty. Drop the car off and I’m told yeah no problem your hood is under warranty but the next day they call me and say we don’t have a body shop. Ive gotta come pick it up and take it to a dealer that has a body shop. Why should I be inconvenienced with having to run around and pick it up and go somewhere else while I work full time. This is the third hood. The last one they took it to a body shop and had it replaced. I guess they don’t care as long as they’re not inconvenienced. if you can’t warranty the car you shouldn’t sell the car. Plain and simple. Let’s see if I get a response to this. More

Of all the vehicles purchased in my life this dealership rates as the best. They provided me with an out-the-door quote over the phone on a Gladiator and they honored it when I arrived. I showed up at the dealership, looked over the truck I wanted and was on my way home in just over an hour. They also detailed the truck while I was finalizing the purchase.
