I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. The car arrived with a damaged part and it took almost 6 weeks for me to be reimbursed to have the part replaced by my local dealer. I was very disap The car arrived with a damaged part and it took almost 6 weeks for me to be reimbursed to have the part replaced by my local dealer. I was very disappointed with the customer service and the non-responsivenes of the numerous people I tried to contact about this. After all was said and done I was only reimbursed for less than half of what I paid for the repair. Unless you live in the community or close to this dealership I would think twice about buying Any vehicle that has to be shipped over 2 hrs drive away. More

I’m conflicted on how to rate. The sales and finance team are great to work with but the service department is lacking. I paid for LoJack on my car 5 years ago and it only worked f The sales and finance team are great to work with but the service department is lacking. I paid for LoJack on my car 5 years ago and it only worked for 1 year and that’s been a run around since. Now the hood has rust bubble under the matte black wrap that came on the car factory. The hood is under warranty. Drop the car off and I’m told yeah no problem your hood is under warranty but the next day they call me and say we don’t have a body shop. Ive gotta come pick it up and take it to a dealer that has a body shop. Why should I be inconvenienced with having to run around and pick it up and go somewhere else while I work full time. This is the third hood. The last one they took it to a body shop and had it replaced. I guess they don’t care as long as they’re not inconvenienced. if you can’t warranty the car you shouldn’t sell the car. Plain and simple. Let’s see if I get a response to this. More
