Sales Consultant, Joseph Arrasmith, was knowledgeable, efficient and made getting to a final sales price quite easy. The next step in the purchase process with the Finance guy was less efficient and he wa efficient and made getting to a final sales price quite easy. Joe started working with me last fall. I wanted to trade in my XC90, but I wasn't quite ready.
