I was expecting to be there for a couple of hours, so I brought my work stuff. Within 40 minutes of arriving, I received a text informing me the work was done and my car was ready to go! I got back time in my day that was totally unexpected.

The worst part of my experience was that I have a slow leak in my tire and the dealer said they checked the tire and tightened the valve stem. What they didn't tell me, that another company (tire company) told me was that I have a screw stuck in my tire. By not telling me that, they did a really bad job at assessing the obvious problem that even I could have found if I worked at a dealer.

The service and the service attendant was very nice,
however the wait time was ridiculous. I came in for a oil change at 9:00am and didn't leave until 1:32pm.
