I recently had an issue with my vehicle’s oil pan that was damaged at a local mechanic, so I decided to bring it to this Longs service department for repairs. From start to finish, the experience was outs was damaged at a local mechanic, so I decided to bring it to this Longs service department for repairs. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The service team was professional, courteous, and efficient in diagnosing the problem. They explained the situation clearly, including what needed to be done to properly repair the oil pan. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and the quality of the repair work. The oil pan was thoroughly fixed, and I haven't experienced any issues since. The dealership’s service department kept me updated throughout the process. I felt reassured knowing my car was in the hands of a reputable team that takes pride in their work. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this dealership’s service department for any repairs. More
