With a hybrid one must rely on trained mechanics to maintain the investment and keep the vehicle performing safely and efficiently-finely tuned. Without electric vehicle support from the current admin maintain the investment and keep the vehicle performing safely and efficiently-finely tuned. Without electric vehicle support from the current administration we of elder generation cannot afford new. Toyota will keep us moving forward through climate crisis, storm and stress bec they built it to last. As I begin my second hundred thousand miles my Toyota Prius Prime will take me places. Previous trips to the service department were good, occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. Last visit took over 4 hours to install new tires, alignment, oil change, bulb replacemen occasionally just fair due to questionable recommendations. Last visit took over 4 hours to install new tires, alignment, oil change, bulb replacement. No summary of alignment, no summary of courtesy checks. The service misplaced one of hub caps, left one of the replaced wipers on the window. Not sure they can justify the high hourly rates charged. My vehicle was purchased new at the dealership so I would have expected a little better service than this last trip. More

I brought my car in after 4 PM. needing an alignment and expected to wait at least two hours, and it was done perfectly before 5 PM. I bought my car new at the Westboro Toyota dealership in 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated wh 2022. I did all service for it at the dealership. My tires needed to be replaced after 26,000 miles. Jody told me that the tires were overinflated which resulted in uneven wear. We never touched the air in the tires. It was as it came off the factory belt. The car had several services, and I mentioned it each time that the car is shaking on the highway. How come that nobody picked up on the overinflated tires until they were ruined???? Now with the new tires there is no shake at all. Also, the wait time is incredibly long. Oil changes take on average 1.5 hours. This time I spent 3 hours at the dealership. I am also shocked how much is not covered by the extended warranty. You should make it much more clear that most things are not covered. I want to make sure that none of my frustrations count against Jody. She was incredibly helpful, informative, kind and patient. More

Jodi did fine but the service manager was terrible. An issue with my lift gate that I was told could not be replicated but would be covered and was in the service notes for my car since my FIRST servi An issue with my lift gate that I was told could not be replicated but would be covered and was in the service notes for my car since my FIRST service was not covered. I was assured by the service manager they would be and then he refused to cover them. I also asked for him to give me a call back to discuss on a Monday morning and he called Tuesday afternoon and left a message that he would be out until Thursday and maybe we could touch base then. I decided to turn my lease in and move on due to the unethical and unprofessional behavior regarding the issue with the liftgate. Jess in sales was great. She was helpful and resolved my issues quickly. More
