It is my opinion that the service tech made a error causing my splash plate to come loose it was obvious one of the bolts was seized and the tech had to remove the fasteners to remove it from the plate causing my splash plate to come loose it was obvious one of the bolts was seized and the tech had to remove the fasteners to remove it from the plate the fasteners were not put back on causing wind and vibration to loosen the plate causing it to fall down your service manager was rude and didn’t want to acknowledge the possibility and accused me of possibly going somewhere else for my service I have been to no other place since buying the car from you at the moment if my warranty is up I am considering going somewhere else obviously my business is not that important he did claim he was going to see if Honda would take care of it but it was denied he also claims this is a common thing for the fasteners to fall out that’s very concerning and a safety hazard and should be addressed by Honda this is my sixth Honda product always been satisfied until now More
