Buying a car is not typically something that I look forward to. I have to say that working with Heritage Honda of Westminster was actually an enjoyable experience. Working with James Whittaker and his forward to. I have to say that working with Heritage Honda of Westminster was actually an enjoyable experience. Working with James Whittaker and his manager Joan Figuereo was a pleasure. James took the time to find out what vehicle with options we really wanted and when they realized that they did not have exactly what we wanted at their dealership Joan worked hard to find it. Not only did they find it but they got it back to the dealership by the end of the day for us to take home. They went way above and beyond anything I would have expected. Also. they were very fair with the price they offered for the vehicle we wanted to trade in. Then, at the end of the day when they had our car at the dealership and we sat down with Nancy in financing to finalize everything that also was a positive experience. She explained things thoroughly and took the time to answer all questions to ensure we left there with the financing and coverage which best suited us. All in all, a great experience and we would recommend Heritage Honda of Westminster to anyone looking for a vehicle. I can assure you that we will be returning there in the future to see James for our next vehicle purchase. More

Sorry to say, my all-too-brief experience with Heritage Honda was just terrible. I was assured by their Internet manager that they had 2 2025 CR-Vs exactly like I wanted. I had an hour drive to the dealers Honda was just terrible. I was assured by their Internet manager that they had 2 2025 CR-Vs exactly like I wanted. I had an hour drive to the dealership then another hour drive home, and wanted this to be productive. Once arriving, it took a while for somebody to acknowledge me, but then I was eventually waited on. Caleb came and asked how he could help. I gave him very specific information on the exact model, year, and trim level that I wanted, as well as specific reasoning for not wanting anything else. He then became argumentative and was suggesting alternatives that were not options for me. I quickly escalated to the sales manager Joan, who said that the models I wanted had been sold, but the Internet manager wasn't aware? Inventory tracking of Honda automobiles is supposed to be tracked in real-time. I was there 20 minutes and walked out and drove home. Of all the transactions for Honda automobiles I've done over the years, almost all quite pleasant, this was one of the worst. To Heritage Honda: I will never again consider your dealership for any sales or service needs. More

After using a car buying site to locate a car, I came to Heritage looking for a particular model vehicle (used car). Richard Papafio was the first to greet me with a smile and helpful demeanor. Richard listened to my needs and looked for the vehicle I had seen online. It had been sold but Richard quickly found another vehicle right in the sweet spot of pricing I was looking for. I truly appreciate Richard's approach. He didn't over push anything. He brought the vehicle around and it was exactly what he said it would be. During the test ride, he identified all the features of the vehicle for me to see and was just a pleasure to work with. Back at the dealership, he kept me in the loop on the purchase process and got me out the door quickly and efficiently with a great car. He took the time to introduce me personally to all the members I would deal with (GM and Finance). Richard is a class act and Heritage is lucky to have him on their staff. Please tell Richard to continue with setting a gold standard. I will be back to buy another car from him without a doubt. As a side note, Jaylen Clifton was also very helpful. When I returned he recognized that I had been working with Richard and immediately dropped what he was doing to go and find Richard for me quickly.
