Hannah was an awesome advocate for Kenny Ross and the industry. Her personality was bubbly and she ensured I had everything I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. The “required” fees, on the oth industry. Her personality was bubbly and she ensured I had everything I needed to feel comfortable with the purchase. The “required” fees, on the other hand, were a bit more concerning. I tried to be kind to not question them, but then I was told they are only for a certain number of years. When I asked if they are required, the other woman told me yes, yet I had to sign to accept the options. Very shady, yet I was told that that is why they gave a discount. On top of that, once I purchased the car and saw that it was only 80% charged, they said that they would not allow me to charge it overnight and pick it up in the morning, but they owe me a “complimentary” charge the next time I’m in, like I have time to just randomly drop my car off for hours to charge. As sweet and kind as Hannah was, they end of the transaction left a very sour taste in my mouth. More
