Jing Lau was wonderful ... Though our first impression was not good ... We arrived at our appt time to be told the vehicle we scheduled to test drive and buy was not at the dealership ... Was told it was was not good ... We arrived at our appt time to be told the vehicle we scheduled to test drive and buy was not at the dealership ... Was told it was sent to a location long distance away getting a safety check ... Then said “all BMW’s drive the same so not a big deal” yikes ! Trying to tell us to sign papers on a vehicle we can’t even test drive ... We said that ... Vehicle was delivered but had to wait about 45 minutes ... now I’m worried the safety check want completed ...as we bought it and drive it away same day More
