Drove our new 2025 Outback Touring XT (turbo) home not knowing a dealership paper about the engine wrapped in plastic was laying on the air intake. We got 6 mpg going 70 miles home! Our agent did not go over anything about the car before we left and we did not have a car manual when we got home. We love the Subaru brand, but we did not feel the respect one would expect from one of the safest car manufacturer's. More

They played games with me. I asked for a small price break. They offered a middle ground then came back later and said no to the price they suggested. There was a small dent they said their dent guy could fix if he had been there that day. Repeated follow up attempts to take care of it after purchase were not taken seriously.
