I have been looking for more than 6 months and over a dozen dealerships, and it was the same run around salesman to sales manager to insanely low ball trade offers or good trade offers but always just out of my budget like they never heard what i said.........NEVER had that with Exeter Subaru it's was one of the easiest and pleasurable buying/leasing experiences in my life. I found you in a Facebook ad, and it caused me to call, and spoke to Jimmy a very pleasant person, and i decided to drive down, Jimmy greeted me and turned me over to Mitch, Another GREAT person we chatted told him what i was looking to do, and he showed me a car, but wasn't sure it would fit my budget, he suggested a different car, then he talked with Jimmy and came back with 2 offers one for a Cross Trak and one for an Impreza, i took the Impreza, then i was turned over to Maggie a SUPER Nice Person Who got totally where i was coming from and helped get me there. and Now i'm Driving that Impreza, i can't say it enough this dealership is the best on the seacoast (and i worked in dealers for over 40 years) Thank you Exeter Subaru for a Great Experience. Salesman Mitch and Finance Hanna were great. Unfortunately Mitch was on his day off when the car was delivered and couldn’t check it out. We had added Xzilon for the exterior and interior. When salesman Dominick took us to the car it hadn’t even be washed. We asked him to check and he said it was done. We asked for the manager and Jimmy met us at the car. At first he too said it was done. We pointed out areas of dust and dirt on the exterior as well as a rub mark on the front bumper. Jimmy said we could buy a product at WalMart to get the rub marks out. Finally he conceded that the car wasn’t properly prepared for delivery. He told us he would get it done but couldn’t be until the next day. He did give us a loaner so we could get home. When we went back to pick it up we noticed that there was no trailer hitch extension (we had paid to have a hitch installed). We were not told the extension was extra now. Jimmy said he would order one for us free of charge and call us when it was in. Ten days later we called to check and were told it was in and to come pick it up. We haven’t mentioned that the interior door panels looked like they had been dripped on and just messy. If the interior had been treated at all then it was a poor job. We’re so disappointed that we haven’t been back. Don’t know if we will give Exeter Subaru any more business. Sad sin this was the third Outback we had bought from them and had been very satisfied up until now. More

I just got my dream car the 2024 Subaru Wilderness! Jimmy and Chris helped me to get the perfect deal and were both very knowledgeable when it came to answering any of my questions that I had.
