I can't say enough great things about Corie Sanderson and the staff at Checkered Flag! I was looking for a specific vehicle, a somewhat rare combination of specs. Checkered flag had a vehicle that matche the staff at Checkered Flag! I was looking for a specific vehicle, a somewhat rare combination of specs. Checkered flag had a vehicle that matched my needs, but is over 3 hours from where I live-- so I needed to be reasonably confident that a purchase could happen and it wouldn't be a wasted trip. Corie went above and beyond what I would have expected from most dealers to assist me! She answered all my email questions quickly and in detail, providing pictures and videos of the interior and exterior. Once I arrived, every employee I encountered was friendly, personable and accomodating. The purchase was smooth and quick and I was able to get my new vehicle on the road for the long drive home! Thanks also to Gabriella for teaching my old self all the new, high-tech features of the vehicle and to Jimmy Anderson for assisting with any warranty and service concerns I may have had. It was a bit of a risk traveling that far for a vehicle I had not yet test driven or seen in person, but it was well worth it! I will definitely consider making the trip to see Corie and the rest at Checkered Flag the next time I am shopping for a BMW!! More

Purchased a mini 1 year ago. It has 6K miles and now won't stay in gear. Was told when purchasing the car that if we had any issues, a loaner would be provided cost free. Of c It has 6K miles and now won't stay in gear. Was told when purchasing the car that if we had any issues, a loaner would be provided cost free. Of course, we call to have it towed as my wife was at a business and let them know it was our only vehicle so we would need a loaner. Service manager said the loaner was an amenity and they don't have one available. I told him it was our only vehicle. He said there wasn't anything he could do. I escalated this to Mr. Anderson and of course he's not responding. Service and dealership in general have been completely unresponsive and could care less that we have no vehicle. Will be sharing this experience with everyone. Consumers should know what to expect. More
