Over several years my wife and I have bought 3 Cadillacs from Trent. They are always courteous, and low-pressure. The service department is also courteous and efficient. The building is bright and clean and pet-friendly. Our salesman was Mike Pecha ( for the second time). He is friendly, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. He will go the extra mile to be sure you get the vehicle you want, whether off the lot, searched from another dealer, or building from the ground up and ordering from the factory. He takes the time to explain and demonstrate all features of your vehicle. He is also easily available for questions after the sale. Highly recommend working with him. More
