Couldn't be happier I was looking to trade in my truck so i used their online tool of estimating how much I could get for it. After submitting my information, I was contacted by darius within a few minutes looking to help me out and set up an appointment to meet with him the next morning. I was greeted instantly by many employees and quickly sat down with Darius. He was very helpful in looking up cars that were right for me and was very knowledgeable in every car we talked about. After a couple test drives, it was just a matter of getting the numbers right. After not being able to reach a deal for a little while, they did everything they could to come up with an offer that I could not be happier about. I came back after work to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. Took no time at all. I only wish that I had came here the last time I purchased a vehicle. Their customer service blew the other dealership I had bought my previous vehicles from out of the water. After my lease is up, there is no doubt I will be getting my next vehicle from them. More

We have done so at a variety of different dealerships but never at Columbia Ford until now. A previous exceptional experience at Columbia's service department was our reasoning for visit when we were in the market for a new Ford 150. On entering the showroom we were surprised by the décor-the feeling of walking onto a small town main street instead of into a large open showroom. We were warmly welcomed by Darius Banks who became our sales person, and during our visits always acknowledged with a greeting by other staff passing by, etc. Darius was very knowledgeable about his product and, while he certainly promoted it, he did so in a professional and friendly manner. He took the time to learn about us and talk about himself as well. We felt like we got to know him and he was not just another one of those "car salesman" doing whatever to pressure us to make a purchase. Jake, the business manager, that completed the final transaction with us functioned in the same manner. We met and had more limited contact with Jimmie Bletsch but would be remise if we didn't say that our conversations with him were in that same personal manner as Darius and Jake. The vehicle we decided to purchase had to be obtained by Columbia from out of state so our purchase was decided and then completed over several days. We were kept informed by Darius of the progress of arrival. When all was completed and we drove away we felt like we were leaving people we knew and would enjoy seeing again. We would not hesitate to recommend Columbia Ford to family and friends and this dealership would certainly be our first choice in the future. More
