What is different about them then any other dealership is the fact that th Columbia Ford has been a great dealership for all of our vehicle purchases. What is different about them then any other dealership is the fact that they put all the numbers in front of you, which in my vehicle shopping exsperiences is very rare. They all seem to make a effort to make sure the exsperience goes well, Tim our sales consultant calling us with updates and making sure to answer all our questions. Jimmie thanking us for being a recurring customer and calling us himself just to make sure we were pleased with everything, and also Henry who makes sure to say hello and bring a water over to every customer. I find it’s these simple courtesy’s that makes a dealership exsperience good. It’s the reason why we return to Columbia ford everytime. Again huge Thanks to Tim, see you out on the water! More

We went on a test drive and he answered many questions. The sales Manager followed up with personal e-mail thanking us for the visit. We took a couple of days considering the deal and verifying that the truck had the options we were looking for. A second visit Luis pulled the truck out of the line up to compare with ours. We are sold and in the final stage before taking delivery. Before we left the first oil change was setup as part of the 2 year maintenance plan a nice touch. More
