We started to work with a different dealer however they were not putting us as a priority they didn’t get back to us for days and were only looking for a vehicle at the auctions. So we tried Columbia Ford. Matty greeted us with a smile and kept us laughing the whole interaction. We found a truck that was at a dealership about 2 hours away and they said they would request a transfer. We decided to purchase the vehicle with them because of the way we were treated. They called/text when they said they would, followed through with everything they said they would and we are very happy. I would highly recommend Matty as your sales man.
