I bought a brand new Fusion from Dave with Jimmy/Jake on the finance side of things. This was the absolute best experience I've ever had in a dealership. I went in less than a week ago starting the process the finance side of things. This was the absolute best experience I've ever had in a dealership. I went in less than a week ago starting the process to look at cars and made it clear what I was looking for and the payment I wanted. These guys earned my business by not being the typical dealership. I wasn't pestered, I wasn't hard sold and I felt that at any time I could walk away without being "held hostage" by a bombardment of upper level management that is typically found at other dealerships. It was just an overall pleasant experience and I honestly feel like I could just stop in for a quick bite and say hi to the people that just helped me. This place is just filled with pleasant people I will always do my Ford/KIA business at this dealership from this point forward and I don't usually say that. They will strive to make it work. I loved them so much, after I picked up my car, I told a friend to go see if they could do anything for him. Same day I got my car, my buddy went down and they worked some crazy magic, and he walked out with a new car too! If you are in the market for a car, just call up, ask for Dave and just hear what he has to offer after waking the lot finding something for you. You won't be disappointed! More

After looking around, I went to Columbia Ford Kia looking to see a 2019 Buick Encore Essence AWD. I was looking to trade my beloved 2017 Buick Encore for an AWD with more options. I was surprised by the deal to see a 2019 Buick Encore Essence AWD. I was looking to trade my beloved 2017 Buick Encore for an AWD with more options. I was surprised by the dealership, it was beautiful! My salesman, Richard Palacio, was kind, patient, knowledgeable, positive, and down to earth. My experience with the dealership as a whole was top notch and I highly recommend them! Thank you to everyone who went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I reached out to a highly recommended sales associate, Tony. Jimmie interrupted the process, pressured a visit, didnt listen to any of my needs or requests, tried to put me in a vehicle $10,000 over my bu Tony. Jimmie interrupted the process, pressured a visit, didnt listen to any of my needs or requests, tried to put me in a vehicle $10,000 over my budget and after I called him out, he says he doesn't even have an SUV on the lot I wanted to drive. My family has done a lot of business over 30 years with Columbia, this experience is graded purely on Jimmie alone, not the dealership. This purchase is a need for my family, not a want, I did all the work for him, knew how much I had to buy out for my car, knew the model I wanted to buy, they just had to get me a good monthly payment. For being a sales manager, I'm highly disappointed in Jimmies professionalism, and willingness to listen to a customer for a promised sale. More

Purchasing a used car is generally froth with heightened tension, increased anxiety and nervous apprehension. Their customer support, after this review was issued, was "buyer beware". After leasing a Telluride from you last spring (with glitches in process) we returned to purchase a pre-owned Optima two weeks ago. Felt pressured to purchase a vehicle of higher value in order yo alleviate inconvenience of situation, as we needed a car to drive! Was not what we walked into dealership for two weeks ago. Sadly, while staff was polite and professional, it would be hard for us to recommend dealership to friends/family due to both experiences. More
