We were looking for a used car and our sales consultant, Jimmer, put a lot of effort into showing us vehicles, giving all the information we needed, letting us take a test drive and not putting pressure on Jimmer, put a lot of effort into showing us vehicles, giving all the information we needed, letting us take a test drive and not putting pressure on us for a sale. Rudy the financial consultant was friendly as well and just gave us financial options and extended warranty information in such a way that it just seemed as a courtesy. The next day when we drove the car onto the highway for a short distance, it started to vibrate in the rear. When we drove it back in, they were very apologetic and kept it overnight to fix the issue. The mechanic even drove it home that evening to make sure it was fixed. We understand that things can happen, but they definitely took care of us and were very courteous. All sales people in the dealership were very friendly. . We would definitely recommend buying your next car here. We intend to do that! More
